Hi, I'm Ella

I'm the owner of Pooch-Ella, a 5-star licensed dog walking, daycare and home boarding service based in Hale.

I started Pooch-Ella in 2019 with a simple goal: to create the kind of dog care I would want for my own dogs. Since then, I've had the privilege of caring for dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities, and it's a job I genuinely love.

I've always had a passion for dogs and enjoy learning about their behaviour, welfare and what helps them thrive. Every dog is different, and getting to know their individual personality is one of my favourite parts of the job.

At home you'll usually find me with Percy and Woody. Percy, my blue roan show cocker spaniel, is full of personality and always keeps life interesting, while Woody, my retired military working Labrador, is now much happier taking life at a slower pace.

I'm fully insured, canine first aid trained and qualified in Dog Handling & Training through the Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour & Training (CIDBT). I also hold a 5-star licence awarded by Trafford Council.

Dogs are a huge part of everyday life in our household. My partner is a professional dog trainer, so there's rarely a day that doesn't involve talking about dogs, training or behaviour.

Pooch-Ella is built around small groups, familiar faces and individual care. I take the time to get to know every dog properly, creating a calm, home-from-home environment where they can feel safe, comfortable and enjoy their time with me.
