Registration & Trial

• All new clients must complete a registration form before using any service.

• Every dog must attend a trial session before becoming a regular client. This helps ensure Pooch-Ella is the right fit for both your dog and the existing group.

Bookings & Payments

• Walking and daycare bookings are made monthly in advance.

• Boarding bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the stay.

• Invoices must be paid by the due date to secure your booking.

• Services provided on UK Bank Holidays are charged at 1.5× the standard rate.

Cancellations

• Walking and daycare cancellations require at least 7 days' notice.

• Boarding deposits are non-refundable.

Dog Requirements

To attend Pooch-Ella, dogs must:

• Be fully vaccinated, including kennel cough.

• Be up to date with flea and worm treatment.

• Be friendly and comfortable around other dogs.

• Meet Pooch-Ella's neutering and health requirements.

Dogs showing signs of illness or females in season cannot attend until they are fit to return.

Collection & Drop-Off

Please arrive within your agreed drop-off and collection times. Late collections may incur additional charges.

Emergencies

Pooch-Ella is fully insured and licensed. In the event of an emergency, veterinary treatment will be sought where necessary, and owners or emergency contacts will be informed as soon as possible.
